Hello All!
I am Gizem. My first encounter with yoga was 12 years ago. When the stress, anxiety and pain I experienced while preparing for the high school exams increased during my graduate education and corporate life, I started breathing and yoga practices to cope. My yoga practice has become regular since 2016. It was the time that I realized I could only alleviate my stress and pain, which had haunted me since my childhood, when I incorporated the physical and mental practice into my life. I finally completed my Yoga Teacher Training in 2019 and have been teaching yoga ever since. After basic training, I also completed intermediate-level, yin yoga, holistic yoga therapy, Pregnancy and Prenatal Yoga, meditation and Psoas trainings.
I continue to learn and teach with the joy of being a lifelong student!
I offer a variety of yoga classes for all ages. Whether you are looking to improve your flexibility, reduce stress, or simply stay active, I have a class for you.
